Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. All M-HIP orders are carefully packed and shipped from Ukraine.
Processing time
In-stock items are usually prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order and customized items may require additional production time. The estimated production time is shown on the product page or confirmed with you before we start making the item.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Ukraine: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 14-21 business days
- International: 14-30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service workload, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at maria@m-hip.design. We can update the address only before the order has been shipped.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at maria@m-hip.design with your order number and tracking details. We will help check the shipment status and contact the carrier if needed.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect it from the carrier, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
